Plastic, resin is used for mensurating melt flow rate when the viscous flow state MFR value, it applies to the polycarbonate, higher temperature of aromatic sulfone, fluorine plastic, nylon and other engineering plastics, can also be applied to polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyformaldehyde (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin with lower melting temperature, such as plastic test, widely used in plastic production, plastic products, such as petroleum and chemical industry and related colleges and universities, scientific research units, and the commodity inspection department.
Melt flow rate meter is applicable to the determination of the mass flow rate of thermoplastic melt and melt volume flow rate in GB/ t3682-2000 national standard. This standard is equivalent to the provisions of ISO 1133:1997 and can meet ASTM D1238 test standard.
Melt flow rate meter is of desktop structure, reasonable performance, stable and reliable design, beautiful appearance and convenient operation. It adopts high-performance, high-precision control instrument with high sampling precision and fast control rate, and USES fuzzy PID algorithm for constant temperature control.
