Introduction of powder tablet press




Powder tablet press is a small, flower-basket continuous automatic tablet press. This is one of the necessary equipment for the processing of granule raw materials in the chemical industry, food industry and electronic industry. It is used in small batch manufacturing, laboratory, hospital and other departments to press tablets, touch coal, sugar tablets, calcium tablets, coffee tablets, powder metallurgy, electronic components and various agricultural fertilizer tablets. It can press all kinds of special-shaped, ring tablets, and can press double-sided tablets engraved with trademarks, words and simple graphics.




Working mechanism of powder tablet press




The powder tablet press is characterized by a small table of electric continuous tablet press machinery, also able to hand, pressure out of the average thickness of tablets, high gloss, without polishing. Because the single stamping die machine has only one die, so it is called a single stamping die machine; The depth of filling and thickness of pressure plate can be adjusted.




Installation and commissioning of powder press




1. Machine installation:




The whole machine can be hoisted by wire rope into the top, or transported by forklift.




2. Installation of power cord:




Cable specifications are in line with motor power, voltage and current. The cable is connected by soft cable through the main switch through the wire tube or socket plug; The cable enters the electrical box through the outlet coil behind the seat.




The direction of the motor should be the same as the indicator (that is, the outer end of the wheel of the motor should be seen as turning counterclockwise). Before the adjustment, the triangular belt should be removed, and the triangular belt should be installed after the adjustment, and the correct direction should be confirmed through the clockwise operation button.




3. First cut off the power supply on the machine, remove hopper 44, feeder 57 and middle die plate 19, wipe the die holes of middle die plate, upper and lower punch holes and die, and then follow the following steps.




(1) first insert the down-punching nail into the hole of the down-punching rod 21, insert the foot to the root, and then tighten the screw 59 at the notch of the body.




(2) install the upper punching nail into the 16 hole of the upper punching bar, insert the foot to the root and tighten the fastening screw




(3) fit the middle mold into the 19 holes of the middle mold plate. Note that the end face of the middle mold must be 0~0.05mm lower than the plane of the plate, and tighten the set screw 42 on both sides.




(4) install the middle mould plate onto the fuselage, insert it into the underpunching, and turn the big belt pulley 32 to make the upper punching enter the middle mould hole, and the upper and lower shall be uniform, flexible, free of interference and hard friction, and then tighten the fixed bolts between the middle mould plate and the fuselage




(5) install the parts that have been removed, such as the feeder.




4. Adjustment of filling depth




Loosen the set screws on both sides of the filling adjusting nut. If the nut is placed downward, the filling depth can be increased. It is necessary to tighten the fastening screw after adjustment.




5. Adjustment of tablet thickness




The eccentric sleeve 35 on the eccentric shell 05 connected with the upper punching bar is equipped with a ruler, whose numerical value expresses the depth of the upper punching entering the middle die. Loosen the fastening bolts on the eccentric shell 05 first. Drive the eccentric sleeve 35 through the conical gear to adjust the thickness of the slice. Tighten the bolts and nuts after adjustment to prevent looseness.




6. Film output adjustment




Rotate the belt wheel (clockwise rotation) to make the down punching rise to the highest position, loosen the screws on both sides of the release adjusting nut, and rotate the release adjusting nut to make the down punching upper end face level with the middle die end face. After adjustment, tighten the screws on both sides.




7. Feeder adjustment




When the lower punching upper end surface is raised to the highest level (level with the middle die), adjust the movable joint (loose nut should be first before adjustment), make the front end surface of the feeder close to the solid nut at the edge of the outer diameter of the lower punching, and then rotate the belt wheel (necessary clockwise rotation) to make the feeder move back and forth several times still in line with the requirements.




8. The position adjustment of the down punching lever directly affects the stability of filling amount.




Turn the belt wheel to lower the down-punching lowest position, that is, the filling adjusting nut is close to the body, adjusting the upper and lower nuts, making the half of the down-punching lever stick to the upper end face of the filling adjusting nut, and then tighten the upper and lower nuts.






Operation procedure of powder tablet press




1. Before mechanical application, check whether the stamping die has defects, cracks, deformation and other quality problems, and check whether all mechanical devices are intact.




2. Check whether the original particles meet the requirements, and the fine powder content in the particles should not exceed 10%, so as not to affect the mechanical performance and life.




3. Before starting the machine, use the hand to rotate the belt wheel or the clockwise push button to test the pressure, and make sure that the tablet meets the requirements and the mechanical operation is normal before starting up and putting into manufacturing.




4. The machine is equipped with the reverse push button, which can be used when the lamination or the upper punching and bonding punching and the check of the upper punching die are produced when the plates are pressed. The instantaneous point movement is only allowed to reverse the tiny amount of the machine, otherwise it will damage the parts.




5. Pay attention to the operation of the machine at any time during operation. If there is abnormal sound, stop the machine for inspection, and then use it after troubleshooting.






Matters needing attention and maintenance for the application of powder tablet press




I. maintenance and guarantee




1. The machine parts are equipped with oil cups, which can be respectively filled with lubricating oil or grease according to the type of oil cups. The machine should be refueled once before starting up, and visible bearing temperature rise and operation are added during manufacturing.




2. Regularly check whether the machine parts are flexible in operation and wear. If defects are found, repair them in time.




3. After the first operation or production stop, the residual powder of all parts of the machine should be brushed; If it takes a long time to stop using, remove the die and wipe the machine clean.




4. Maintenance of stamping die: after cleaning by scrubbing and drying with anti-rust grease, place it in the appropriate container to keep it clean and prevent collision and damage.






Matters needing attention




1. Pay attention to the operating direction of the machine when connecting power supply, and do not reverse; Avoid damage to machine parts.




2. During mechanical debugging, power should be cut off to avoid injury accidents.




3. The operation button of the pour point can only be used when unloading pressure or debugging observation is carried out, and cannot be used randomly to avoid accidents caused by damage to the machine parts.




4. The mechanical protective cover and safety cover should be properly installed before use and cannot be removed.




5. The stamping die shall be free of crack, deformation, missing edge and other quality problems. Do not use unqualified products to avoid mechanical damage and affect the quality of tablets.




6. Adjust the machine parts or troubleshoot the machine and stop the machine when necessary to avoid personal injury.




7. When refueling, do not make the oil spill to the outside, so as not to affect the quality of the tablet.
